What exactly is ElfSOS?
A range of ready-made Christmas elf activity kits designed to help parents set up a fun surprise quickly, without crafting from scratch.
How many activities are in a box?
Our planned full-size Rescue Boxes include 24 nightly ideas and six extra emergency rescues. Final contents will be confirmed on each product listing.
Will I need to make or assemble props?
Our goal is for the main box activities to be ready to use. Check the final product description for any household items required.
Does the box come with an elf?
We intend to offer both with-elf and without-elf options. Each live product listing will specify whether an elf is included.
Are the activities all different?
Each themed edition is being developed around its own collection of ideas. We also intend to refresh activities for annual refills.
Can I use the activities in any order?
Yes. The proposed 24-day plan is flexible, so you can choose a quick rescue when it suits you.
What is the Members Club?
An account area for quick ideas, printable extras, order history and information about future annual refills.
How do I unlock the printables?
The current prototype grants access to logged-in customers with a processing or completed WooCommerce order. Product-specific eligibility will be refined before launch.
Can I subscribe annually?
Automatic annual billing is not live yet. The plan is to offer optional yearly refills with clear renewal notices and cancellation controls.
Can I buy a refill without subscribing?
That is the intended approach: one-time refills as well as an optional annual renewal service when available.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery dates and charges must be confirmed on the live product and checkout pages before purchases are enabled.
Can I return my order?
Your statutory consumer rights apply. Our final delivery and returns policy will explain the process, exclusions and contact details before launch.
Is ElfSOS officially connected with The Elf on the Shelf?
No. ElfSOS is an independent brand and is not affiliated with The Elf on the Shelf.
